Recurring care starts from $159 per visit for apartments and condos, from $295 for single-family homes, and from $525 for large and multi-level homes. Deep cleaning starts from $304, and move-in / move-out cleaning from $314. Final pricing is confirmed after a remote review of your photos.

Send a few photos and your home details through our quote form. Client Care reviews them and prepares a care plan with a clear scope and investment before your first visit. Any change on the day is discussed with you first.

Yes. Preferred scheduling applies to Regular Cleaning visits: weekly 22% off, biweekly 17% off and monthly 10% off. Savings do not apply to add-ons.

Popular add-ons include Premium Oven Detailing (from $95), Built-In Refrigerator Detailing (from $85), Inside Kitchen Cabinets (from $120),InteriorWindows(90 for up to 10), Blinds ($35per room), and Change Bedding ($15). Every add-on is confirmed with you before your visit.
Booking and Scheduling

A 50% deposit confirms your visit. You can choose a 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM or 4:00 PM arrival.

Booking two to three days ahead gives you the most arrival options. Next-day or same-day visits depend on availability.

Contact Client Care as early as possible. Rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing with your care plan.

No. Many clients share entry or building instructions, which Client Care confirms before your visit.

Yes. Recurring care begins after an Initial Deep Cleaning, so every future visit preserves your home rather than restoring it.

Yes. Our One-Time Deep Reset follows the Initial Deep Cleaning standard and pricing, with no recurring commitment.

Living areas, kitchen countertops, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, trash removal and surface resetting. Appliance interiors, interior windows, cabinet interiors and heavy grease buildup are available as add-ons or in a deep cleaning.

Yes. Move-In / Move-Out cleaning prepares an empty or nearly empty home and includes appliance interiors, cabinet interiors, baseboards and window tracks.

Yes, through custom plans for property managers with multiple units, offices, post-construction projects and homes with 3+ levels or over 4,000 sq ft. Email concierge@haus-thetic.com.

Every home has one accountable HausConcierge, a clear scope before the first visit, and surface-safe products tested first on marble, natural stone and custom finishes. Each service ends with a Final Detail Walk, and if anything falls short of our standard, we return within 24 hours. We treat your home like a five-star suite.

Yes. We bring HEPA vacuums, microfiber detailing systems, steam equipment and surface-safe products. If you prefer your own products, we're happy to use them.

Yes. We test products first and adjust our method to each material, including marble, limestone, natural stone, hardwood and custom finishes.

Yes. A Pet Presence add-on ($35) covers the extra time for pet hair. Let us know about your pets and their routines, and we'll plan around them.
