About Hausthetic
Hausthetic is a boutique residential care firm in San Francisco. We treat your home like a five-star suite.
Founded by Os Villegas, Hausthetic brings hospitality and design standards to residential care. We offer premium house cleaning, deep cleaning and move-in / move-out cleaning for apartments, condos and multi-level homes across San Francisco.
Meet The Founder
I founded Hausthetic with a simple belief: a home deserves the same care, precision and calm as a five-star suite. I’m a detail-obsessed perfectionist, trained in luxury hospitality and design. I see how materials should feel, how light falls in a room, and what makes a space feel truly cared for. Every scent. Every finish. Every detail.
As Founder and Lead HausConcierge, I built Hausthetic around preservation, not quick surface results. Every home begins with a clear scope before the first visit and real surface knowledge for marble, natural stone and custom finishes. Each home has one accountable HausConcierge, so your preferences carry from one visit to the next, and every service ends with a Final Detail Walk before we leave.
When you message Hausthetic, you’ll hear back from me or our Client Care team with a care plan built for your home. Come home to a home cared for.
— Os Villegas, Founder & Lead HausConcierge
The Hausthetic Method
Clear scope before your first visit. Quotes are prepared remotely from your photos, so you know exactly what is included and the investment before we arrive.
One accountable HausConcierge. Each home has one dedicated lead who keeps your preferences, products and entry instructions consistent visit after visit.
Surface-safe products, tested first. Marble, natural stone, hardwood and custom finishes are cleaned with methods matched to each material.
A Final Detail Walk before we leave. Every visit ends with a room-by-room inspection.
Our standard, guaranteed. If any area does not meet our standard, we return to correct it within 24 hours.
Where We Work
We care for homes across San Francisco, including Pacific Heights, Noe Valley, Castro and Eureka Valley, Nob Hill, South Beach, Cole Valley, Glen Park, the Marina, Russian Hill and beyond.
