A 50% deposit reserves your visit. Choose a 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM or 4:00 PM arrival.

Your HausConcierge follows the Hausthetic method, tests delicate surfaces first, and closes with a Final Detail Walk before leaving.

Belongings returned to their place, towels folded, every surface finished: the Hausthetic Visual Reset. If you would like ongoing care, we quote your recurring plan after this first service.

No. A few photos and your home’s details are enough. If the condition on the day differs from what we were shown, Client Care reviews the scope with you before any change.

A 50% deposit confirms your visit. You choose a 9:00 AM, 12:30 PM or 4:00 PM arrival.

Two to three days ahead gives you the widest choice of arrival times. Next-day visits are possible when a slot is open, and same-day service only when scheduling allows.

No. Many clients share entry instructions, which Client Care confirms before your visit. You are always welcome to be home.

Yes. Your HausConcierge arrives with professional equipment and products selected for your surfaces, including HEPA filtration vacuums and microfiber detailing systems.

The reset brings your home to a consistent baseline, so every visit after it preserves rather than restores. Your recurring investment is quoted after this first service, with preferred scheduling savings: weekly 22%, biweekly 17%, monthly 10%. Savings do not apply to add-ons.

Yes. The One-Time Deep Reset follows our Initial Deep standard and pricing in one visit, with no commitment.

If any service area does not meet the Hausthetic standard, we return to correct it within 24 hours.

We test in a hidden corner before treating a new surface and use the gentlest effective solution, not simply the gentlest solution. If a mark is damage rather than dirt, we tell you before we start.

Offices, property managers and post-construction projects are available as Special Projects with a custom plan. We do not offer short-term rental turnovers or rug, sofa and upholstery steam cleaning.
