Initial Deep Cleaning- Reset
The first visit for every recurring home. It brings your home to a maintainable Hausthetic baseline, so future visits focus on preservation rather than restoration. Hausthetic does not begin maintenance service without this reset.
One-Time Deep Reset
For homes that want a single, complete reset without ongoing care. It follows the same Initial Deep standard and pricing. If you later choose recurring care, your home is already at the baseline our service is designed to preserve.
Heavy Duty · Restore
For homes with an extended service gap, high soil levels, grease accumulation, pet impact or intensive kitchen and bathroom buildup. Heavy Duty starts from the Initial Deep scope with more correction time. If your photos show conditions beyond the deep baseline, Client Care will recommend it before your visit.

Good to Know
Prices assume standard buildup. Investment may be adjusted for glass railings, full interior staircases, spa-style bathrooms, high or vaulted ceilings, expanded living areas and specialty materials such as marble and natural stone. Your final price is confirmed after a remote review of your details and photos. A 50% deposit confirms your date, and if any area does not meet the Hausthetic standard, we return to correct it within 24 hours.
